Kerry specializes in the placement of attorneys and professional staff. Drawing on her experience as both a practicing attorney and a senior law firm recruiting leader, Kerry brings a uniquely informed, inside perspective to every search she undertakes.

Before joining Baseil Associates, Kerry spent seven years practicing law and then built a successful career in legal recruiting, ultimately leading attorney and staff recruitment at several Am Law 100 firms. In these roles, she was responsible for recruiting partners, associates, and professional staff, and worked closely with firm leadership and practice group leaders to identify hiring needs, develop long-term talent strategies, and ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Kerry’s background inside law firms gives her a deep understanding of firm culture, practice group dynamics, and the realities attorneys and staff face at every stage of their careers. She understands not only what firms are looking for, but also what candidates need to succeed—professionally and personally—when making a move. As a result, candidates who work with Kerry benefit from candid guidance, strategic career advice, and advocacy from someone who has sat on both sides of the hiring table.

Kerry earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia University.
