Joseph joined the Baseil team as an intern in 2022. Since then, he has been acquiring first-hand knowledge of the recruiting process. Whether he's engaging with candidates, identifying potential opportunities, or closely observing his colleagues, Joseph approaches every situation with unwavering passion and enthusiasm.
Joseph is currently a student at Montclair State University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media. In his free time, Joe enjoys movies/films and playing golf.
